Correction Policy - Alpha Trends

Alpha Trends (hereinafter referred to as “Alpha Trends” / “We” / “Us” / “Our”) is committed to providing accurate and complete information to our readers. In the event that incorrect information is published on our website, we take corrective measures promptly and inform our readers of the update.

Purpose

Alpha Trends strives to deliver accurate and up-to-date articles based on available information at the time of publishing. If any errors are identified, we respond swiftly to make corrections on our website. We may also run corrections or clarifications on our social media accounts or include an editor’s note outlining the correction details, depending on the nature of the error.

Updating a Report

We make it a practice to add notes to stories if a story has been updated. When correcting significant errors, we use a correction, clarification, or editor’s note to inform readers of the updates. If an error is found in our fact-checking (conducted in accordance with our Fact-Check Policy), we will update the article and include “[Correction: Updated Information…]” at the top of the article in bold, explaining the correction.

Corrections

If an article, photo caption, headline, graphic, video, or any other material requires a substantive correction, we promptly publish a correction to clarify the changes made.

Clarifications

In cases where our content is factually accurate but requires clearer language or additional context, we rewrite the language and add a clarification to the story. A clarification is also used if we initially missed obtaining a comment or response that has since been added to the story.

Editor’s Notes

In cases where the substance of an article is called into question or if a significant ethical issue arises, an editor’s note may be required. A senior editor will approve the addition of an editor’s note for such cases, with a detailed explanation of the issue.

Reader-Initiated Corrections

If a reader discovers an error and shares it in the comment section, our community engagement team will acknowledge and correct it. When errors are posted on our social media platforms, we also issue corrections or retract the incorrect information if it cannot be modified.

Reporting Inaccuracies

If you believe a story published by us is inaccurate, please reach out to our editorial team via the "Suggest a Correction" section at the end of every article. Alternatively, you can email us at aajtak45678@gmail.com with the correction details.

Take-Down Requests

As part of our editorial policy, we generally do not entertain take-down requests. If an article is claimed to be inaccurate, we are open to investigation and will publish corrections if needed. We may update or follow up on previous content when fairness requires it but refrain from removing it entirely.
